Attended the Vancity Auto Show with !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! on the 21st and then again on the 22nd with my Dad and some insurance people. This years show was smaller than last year. Big push on crossovers & luxury, really the only two things that sell in Vancouver.
As always, you can get my best stuff at !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

Uhg the location is so much better than Toronto. Like, what even is this lighting.
Your convention centre by the water looks fun though.

Our convention center is stunning, yeah

Still miffed about the lack of MB, I wonder what’s behind that.
No purple Mirage?

I will forever regret not taking photos of the Mirage. Especially the $16K one.

I liked the people taking pics and laughing - I don’t think they were laughing with it.
Seattle show is usually in November, you should come down.

Sounds good!

It was a good day at the autoshow. My classic mini was parked out in the plaza with another 19 classic minis in celebration of mini’s 60th anniversary.

A few of the classic minis that were there today.

Thanks for the pics. Its a good way to start a Monday :)
The blue TdF is amazing.
Hyundai’s interior looks like what Lexus has been doing.
And Genesis has nailed the burgundy color.

I had never heard of the Nexo before the show! Yeah, that burgundy is stunning

Me neither. I’m sure Hyundai or some car site said something or the other about it earlier. But I skip over news about cars like this.
The only fractional fuck I did give was because nice interiors :) lol
Also, more cars need more color options. Especially ones that are so perfect for the car.

I know it's sacrilege to remove popups, but I really like the projector swap on that TR.

I went to the Seattle show two years ago, there wasn’t much to admire (the cars that were interesting were cordoned off). Was the most recent show any better?

I haven’t gone to the Seattle show in maybe 10 years or more. I tend to be out of town when it takes place, and like your experience, my past visits have been quite unimpressive. Generally, Vancouver has been a more interesting show.

I attend the Redmond Town Center exotic meet a few times a year, see pretty much every cool car for free and nothing is roped off. Looks like the Vancouver show has more to offer, probably worth the short trek north.

That’s factory stock for the F512M, the final evolution of the Testarossa, and for the flat V12-powered Ferrari supercars in general.

That’s a seriously impressive car show for a smaller city. My Columbus auto show sucks.

2.5 million people in Metro Vancouver, not that small, but yeah. We're one of the wealthiest cities
